My daughter uses this (Lithate) to control her moods. She is not on any other medication after trying several the county mental health docs prescribed and stopping those because of side effects. For dosing, 5mg Lithate is equal to 50mg prescription Lithium. You do not need to monitor blood levels and up to 20mg a day is safe, but build up to avoid nausea. With regular sleep, omega 3s, no caffeine and other healthy lifestyle choices this product is a useful tool in balancing brain chemistry.

Before I started taking this, I was real forgetful and I have only been taking this for a few weeks and already I can see a change. I would recommend it to anyone who is having trouble remembering and, also, it helps the nervous system and Amazon is a great place to order this product.

10mg per day (two pills) completely reversed my fathers Alzheimer - over night, just like magic... After three days on Lithium the doctors were stunned and wanted to know what had happened. My mother and father are now celebrating their merriest christmas in many years (as do I)! All symptoms of any dementia are gone. The best Christmas present ever :-) I am very excited about the future development...
