The 1 mg Melatonin 2oz bottle for ferrets is better. 1 oz melatonin per serving less sugar.

I look for different kinds of Melatonin to find a different taste but it actually isn't that big of deal considering I mix it with something usually. This will make you sleepy pretty fast if it works for you since from my understanding it does not work for everyone. It usually hits me about ten to twenty minutes after I take it depending on how much I decide to take. The one problem I have is unless I sleep perfectly I will wake up very groggy. So far melatonin does the trick for me over medicine so I am gonna stick with it.
