I thought this unit would be complicated, but it is quite easy to use and the read-out easy to read and understand

I bought this product for my daughter who has high blood pressure. Come to find out, it reads consistently (or inconsistently) 10-15 points low. I called their customer service, spoke with the rudest customer service person ever born, and was promised that they would send out a new cuff. The new cuff never came. We went out and bought a new cuff. It still doesn't work right. This is a very dangerous product, and the company is terrible with horrible customer service. If you buy this product, you are taking your life and your love ones' lives into your hands. I hate this company.

Even though my arm measurement fell within the range of the EZ Cuff it was too small. Now I have to order a large cuff or return this monitor and buy one with a large cuff. DM
