This unit is very easy to use, pretty much foolproof. It's lightweight, quiet and has a nice big display. My only complaint about it is that the extra large cuff is actually too large, and I have very heavy arms. I ended up having to buy the large cuff and it is plenty big for me. Overall, well worth the price I paid for the unit even with purchasing the smaller cuff.

This thing is very accurate and easy to use. Caution about the xl cuff because it is indeed that . I wound up ordering the large cuff which is plenty for most folks who need a cuff for larger arms. I would try the one with the large cuff first and ordering th XL cuff if need be later

Bought this for my 82 year old diabetic mother. Had to order smaller cuff, but unit is easy for her to use and gives reading comparable with her doctors.
