This form of magnesium is the only one that has worked form me. I am taking it for depression and panic attacks. I can breathe deeper, sleep better, and I feel very calm. I feel completely relaxed. This is only after 2 days of taking this product. I am very pleased with the results. Try it - you will be amazed.

I have Fibromyalgia and this magnesium really helps me. I take it at bedtime and it helps me to sleep. It is also the only magnesium I can take that does not upset my stomach.

On the plus side, Dr. Andrew Weil writes that his choice of chelated form for magnesium supplements is Magnesium Glycinate. I searched around and most health food and nutrition outlets carry KAL and represent the manufacturer (Nutraceutical Corp., Park City, UT) as reputable.However, the label is misleading! You have to read the part that says "Serving Size 2 Tablets." In a jar of Magnesium Glycinate 400 containing 180 tablets, the tablet size is actually 200mg, so you are getting only 90 doses or "servings" of 400mg of magnesium, not 180 as you might think.
