Both my husband and I have itchy and dry scalp, and we have used over a year. This product has never made my skin irritated. Gentle enough that I have been using on my babies. The aroma is excellent!

purchased both shampoo and conditioner. has a nice almost rose-like smell, lather is medium bodied(remember no sulfates based soap= less lather). hair is shinier and not dry at all. conditioner is thick and very rich, a small amount does an awesome job. the apricot shine and biotin sets are also very nice.

k, so i really wanted to like this, but after using it in conjunction with the conditioner for about 2 weeks, my scalp was dry and terribly itchy. i've discontinued use (obv!) and noticed an almost immediate improvement when i switched to whatever cheap backup shampoo/cond i had in the house.
