Pros & Cons :well i hadn't slept consecutively for as long as i can remember, i started taking mastic gum and my stomach started to calm down within a few days, when i ordered jarrows it was even better, and really helped calm my stomach down, now i take it every night when i wake up, and my stomach has really calmed down, i will probably keep taking it until the symptoms subside.
