I take these based on a recommendation from an opthalmologist that they were effective in preventing and/or delaying the appearance of macular degeneration. As I'm 70, but wish to live a long life and have good vision for all of it, i followed the recommendation. I am happy with results.

My husband's eye doctor recommended he take the ICaps, and the doctor himself takes them. Who knows whether or how much they help, but when it comes to your eyesight it's better not to take any chances.
