I am a modern dancer, and after three hours in the studio I can wake up with leg spasms. Application of this works within 15 minutes, at least for me.

Really helps the leg cramps, works fast, not greasy, smells good. Even helps pain after leg cramps are gone and hurt lingers. I buy 3 tubes at a time and keep with me at all times.
