You'll have a hard time tracking down any solid scientific evidence that HA supplements plump from within. But vast numbers of consumers have said it works, so I tried it. It actually does plump my lips, with just 100 mg per day. NOW Foods has been my go-to brand forever, always high quality at a reasonable cost. Their hyaluronic acid serum is awesome, and they make a variety of other HA topicals as well. I highly recommend the brand for anything. They are a family-owned business located in Illinois, and have strict quality control. [Perricone recommends eating a few almonds a day for youthful skin. I use this product on my dog who had bad knees and hips it works much better than glucosamine and helps her get around i've been using it for almost 6 months and if i take her off of it then she will start to limp. AMAZING PRODUCT
