I have chronic sinusitis triggered by allergies, smoke, dust, pollution, etc. I started using BHI Hayfever during allergy season two years ago and it worked great, not miracle great, but GREAT. I tried it alone, and tried my allergy meds alone, and both were great, but together I had no symptoms whatsoever. After allergy season, I had an intense sinus headache due to smoggy air, with nothing around but the BHI I tried it and to my amazement it gave me relief within 10 minutes. The headache was slightly there, but I took care of that with aspirin. I use it for any sinus pressure now, it's great. It doesn't seem to cause dependence either, which was a concern with other nasal sprays. I've only found one other homeopathic spray that equals its effectiveness, so I heartily recommend this product.
