great way to monitor your blood pressure at home.checked the accuracy between home and the doctor's office and it was very accurate.would most certainly recommend it.

My physician recommended that I purchase an at-home blood pressure monitor since my BP was consistently higher at his office (like around 20 points higher!!) than when I randomly took it myself in, say, a drug store. I did an extensive search comparison, since cost was also an issue, and found this product to be in the middle price range. It was worth every penny. The HoMedic wrist monitor in its case is about the size of a coffee cup, making it so much more handy than dragging out some complicated piece of equipment to get the same result. I think this compact and accurate item should be a required item in every household. My readings, taken every day at the same time, have been consistent for several weeks now, and ironically my doctor's test is more in range with my own, since I am no longer already panicked whenever I see him just because I'm afraid my blood pressure will be high! That was a Catch-22 situation, if ever there was one!

Just put it on, push a button and there is a reading. The big numbers make it very easy on the eyes. Having it on the wrist doesn't make your hole arm sore either. Worth every penny!
