pronation is bad, at least for me and many others, because it seems to predispose you to bunions, hammertoes and other vile sounding - and painful foot problems.

...I can feel these insoles making a difference; only problem is that you have to have reasonably wide shoes to fit them and you have to take the shoes own insole out - otherwise you end up crushing ... read more
