So, lately I ve been trying to get into developing a makeup routine other than lip balm. I ve tried to get into makeup every couple of years and the first few rounds my face has been traumatized by bad pore-clogging products. However, this time around I got serious about it and opted for natural beauty products under the assumption that NOT putting scary unnatural chemicals in my face would benefit me. I decided to try the Bare Escentials Bare Minerals set, with the hopes that my face wouldn t break out. They even claim that it s so healthy you can sleep in it! But initially I found it daunting I ll be honest here; I have no idea how to use makeup. If you re in the same boat as me and don t know where to start either, the kit has a DVD and brochure to teach you how to use all the tools. This is great if you re too embarrassed to ask those basic questions, but I highly recommend working up the courage and just asking the makeup experts at a beauty shop for a short tutorial before you make the big investment
