The Gillette Good News razors are the only brand of disposable razor without a lubricating strip that give me a close shave. I've always had a tough beard, and my 5 o'clock shadow usually shows up around noon or so, but the Gillettes really do better than the competition. I also find that I get more shaves out of these razors than some of the other cheaper brands, of course it helps if I shave with the grain as opposed to against it. I recommend the Gillette Good News disposable razors for their close shaves and durability.
