Franzus Dual Wattage International Converter Set Model TS2000CK

Converts 220V foreign electricity to 110V for use overseas on most U.S. appliances rated 0-2000 watts. Convenient high/low wattage selector switch. Low setting (0-25 watts) for electric shavers, radios, most curling irons, etc. High setting (26-2000 watts) for appliances such as irons, steamers, some hair dryers, etc. Set includes 5 polarized adapter plugs to accommodate most foreign outlets and a zippered travel/storage pouch.

The product itself is perfectly fine. However, I had a nightmare of a time with the order. The company would not return my calls, dropped me from Customer Service queues, when the 2cnd of two I ordered did not come...and I subsequently ordered something from another company ( not nearly as nice as this set) and then received the 2cnd item 1 day before Christmas!
