I was very pleased that they arrived in a timely matter, much quicker than I had anticipated. However, I was unaware that they were very large tablets of which you have to eat two - and they did not taste very good. They have a nice texture, but they are annoyingly chewy. It didn't say on the page, but they are only 4g fiber per serving.

I tried this product out for about 3 weeks. I can say that the taste & texture were just fine. If you're worried about an after-taste, you can chase it with water or juice but it may not be necessary. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any results; my bowel traffic was still pretty much like being stuck in rush hour on a Monday-- not to mention it still felt like I was pushing out mini boulders *smh*-- and it didn't suppress my hunger at all. I want to think that perhaps there were other factors that contributed to my lack of results like the fact that I only remembered them after work so M-F I was taking them in the early evening when most of my eating/snacking is already done for the day; even still on the weekend I didn't notice much difference then either. I was hoping for a product that would make me regular and soften my stool but unfortunately this wasn't it. Too bad; with the easy dose chewable tablets and the decent taste I was really rooting for this product. So there it is-- 4 stars for taste; 2 stars for performance. My advice is that if you want regularity, eat more veggies & salad, and drink more water. Afterall I should've remembered that this is a supplement not a laxative or a miracle fix. Most supplements are just a boost for a person who has already established good health habits.

I use many fiber products and this one has been collecting dust on my shelf. The tablets are unpleasantly sweet and leave an after taste. On the plus side these are easy to tuck in your purse or pocket. The tablets also contain chromium which I consider a positive factor. The label says it contains green tea although it can't be much as it is the next to last ingredient on the list. This is not my first choice, but it is better than not using fiber at all.
