Some of Estee Lauder's lipsticks contain ingredients that cause allergies. I was given a free sample of this product - the Pink Parfait color. Apparently this is one of the products containing Colophony. If you are allergic to Colophony or its synonyms such as rosin/resin AVOID THIS PRODUCT! Within 15 minutes I got puffy lips with blisters all over them. 2 days later and lipstick free I am still healing and waiting for these blisters to go away. Please protect yourself and avoid this product if you are a person with multiple chemical sensitivities or are allergic to Colophony.

I love all the lipsticks from Estee Lauder. They have the most gorgeous and flattering shades. The color lasts all day and it feels nice and smooth, not greasy or heavy. The fragrance is subtle and lovely. I have sensitive skin and it never irritates me. Many of the shades offered have a very subtle shimmer that is very attractive. Out of any lipstick brand I have tried, Estee is the best. I will always have an Estee Lauder lipstick in my purse and makeup bag. The old adage, "You get what you pay for" really holds true for this product. I have had one tube that I use often and it is still half full after a year and six months!
