Early this year I was experiencing prolonged nasal congestion to where I described it feeling like concrete in my head. After months of being unable breath through my nose and clear the congestion I finally saw my doctor. I thought I had a sinus infection as the symptoms were so severe. After his examination, he tells me "It's Allergy". I reply, no I don't think so, it doesn't feel like my normal allergy symptoms. "Allergy" he replies. He prescribes Singular for the long term allergy, and orders me to use ENTSOL spray to relieve the immediate congestion. He says it's a little pricey, and because it's a stronger saline solution, it might offer some discomfort, but to use it at least 4-5 times a day. I start the routine, being faithful to spray 5 or more times a day. I find there is no real discomfort and I look forward to the next dose because -- the STUFF WORKS. After each use I feel my sinuses clearing (without the side effects of an addictive over-the-counter nose spray.) Easily within 3 or four days, things had cleared such that i could breath through my nose again, and it only got better after that. i am a sworn believer in the benefits of saline nose sprays, and ENTSOL is definitely the best. I use it year round just to keep my nasal passages open and clean. Ok it might sound gross... but if you're balking at spending $21.00 -- go for it. The stuff lasts a good while, and definitely works (as directed).

I have used Entsol nasal spray for about 2 years, it has cleared my nasal passage every single time I use it, particularly during winter. But it is very important not to swallow it, otherwise it could produce a nasty sore throat for a few days. The advice is to drop your head a little while spraying the nostrils.

I have been using Entsol Nasal Spray at the advice of my allergist for almost 2 years. This aerosol spray is the only type of rinse that helps my congestion and allergies. I use it all year long 2-3 times a day depending on the pollen season. Whenever I spend any length of time outside, the first thing I do is use the spray. It saves me a lot of discomfort, itching, sneezing and draining.
