You must try this! I have suffered with a UTI each of my last 4 vacations. It was miserable being out of town, tracking down a pharmacy and putting a call into my doctor's office for emergency antibiotics. Two weeks ago, I asked my doctor for a pre-trip prescription. Sure enough, 3 days into my vacation, I could feel those symptoms coming on me...I took my antibiotics, but at the end of the week, after I'd returned home, I still wasn't feeling totally well. In fact, I was starting to feel worse. I read up on D-Mannose, and placed an order on Tuesday for this Now D-Mannose powder. It arrived a day early, (thank you Amazon!!) and I began dosing on Wednesday afternoon. I literally felt better within hours. I read that taking 5 grams per dose was recommended, so that's what I did. I measured it out and every three hours repeated my dose. Less than 24 hours later, I was feeling so much better. No tenderness of my abdomen, that 'heavy' feeling was diminished. Today, after less than 72 hours on this product, I am feeling perfectly fine. I think if you're taking enough D-Mannose to start and dosing every 3 hours you will see a tremendous difference. I think it's really important to make sure it's the first thing you drink in the morning. I can hardly believe it--I honestly feel 100% again! This really, really works!!

This product is amazing. If you have constant Urinary Tract Infections like I did before using this product you need to get this. I was getting infections every two weeks and it had begun to affect my personal life. Now I have been using the capsules 3 times a day and been infection free for more than a mont. You dont need to suffer anymore. Just get this. I am so grateful for this product. No more pain. :)

Not all D-Mannose is created equal. I discovered that by trying a different kind first and the results were okay, but not amazing. I read that 100% pure D-Mannose is preferable, which is why I turned to this product, and I can definitely say that it works so much better. My UTI's are way more infrequent, and when they do come I can clear them up within a day or two. I take a dose every few hours during an infection, then one dose a day in between as a preventative measure. I haven't felt this free of UTI's in years. When they do come, they seem less severe because this product is already in my system. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from UTI's.
