I bought this scale as I was tired of gaining or losing 5 lbs a day with my old one. This Detecto is very accurate and I am pleased with it even thought I can't blame the extra 5 lbs I've gained on the scale!

We have had this scale for about 3 weeks and we like it very much. The dial is large and very easy to read, but the best feature is the accuracy. It reads VERY CLOSE to the balance scale at our doctor's office. It seems to be made very sturdy and I am positive we will get many years of usage out of it.
