I use this for my heavy menstrual period. It works great and it prevent daytime and nighttime embarrassing leaks. I like that its refastenable because I do not have to take off my clothing in order to change my diaper. Its a little embarrassing wearing a diaper to school and work, but I think it would be more embarrassing to have an obvious accident in my pants. Great diaper for your menstrual period and accidents!! Thankyou depends!!

Being a caretaker I can say this one works the best. When the packaging was changed I could not find this particular one in the store I had been purchasing this product. I went to Amazon.com and found it. The reason it is the best is because you pull them on like regular briefs but in the night you can open them on the side and then with the strips that are attached close them up just like before.
