These things are very comfortable to wear! I use them for Airsoft as padding so that my stuff does not get shot off. I would suggest these to any one who would like to have padded underwear and if you even have a cup they will add some padding for you in the protection cup.

I have a large incontinent behind,i barely squeezed into these and the leakage from my number 2 was vast and smelly.

Being a caretaker I can say this one works the best. When the packaging was changed I could not find this particular one in the store I had been purchasing this product. I went to Amazon.com and found it. The reason it is the best is because you pull them on like regular briefs but in the night you can open them on the side and then with the strips that are attached close them up just like before.
