perhaps I don't know what a brief is but this is not constructed like a pair of underpants (as the daytime depends are), but rather as a diaper where you have to secure the sides. As the patient is not confined to a bed, such a design is not appropriate and difficult to put on the patient.

I have tried other brands. Always return to using these for my 92 year old mother who is bedbound. Does give the Maximum protection, and is easy to put on an immobile patient.

The Depend diaper is probably found in pretty much any store that sells incontinence products. It's recommended for people for near to total incontinence, but if you are truly at that range than this product is not really your best choice. This is really good for those people who are stationary a lot or just cannot afford to buy other US brands like Attends or European brands. The Depends are pretty good with absorbing almost everything but they are not good for people who would use this product heavily as they don't hold much more than regular store brands. Still a really good product if you cannot find or afford anything else.
