I disagree with the last review. It works better with COLD water 2/3 cup (I use refrig bottled water). Mix well with spoon. Microwave for 2 min 10 secs. Stir. Let it sit for a couple minutes. Stir again and eat! Vanilla Bean and Breakfast Cocoa (chocolate) are the best tasting flavors. And, it's good for you - lots of protein to build muscle without all the gas of a protein shake! That makes me and the people around me happy!

Muscle Milk n Oats is one of the best nutrition products out there. My only complaint is that it took two weeks or more to arrive after I ordered.

I had one of these this morning and was pleasantly surprised. Specs were something like 30g protein, 32g carbs, 6g fat. The consistency is a little finer/mushier than typical instant oatmeal would be, but that's to be expected with the addition of the protein. The overall taste was good though with a mild sweetness and no bitterness or aftertaste. I wouldn't want to eat it every morning, but for those lazy mornings, it's a quick way to get some warm protein before heading out the door. I'll try the vanilla tomorrow. Can't see myself eating cocoa flavored oatmeal though, so I'll pass on that one.
