I'm sure its matter of personal preference, but I think cytomax goes down the smoothest on a bike ride. It has all the essential nutrients electrolytes you need to replace and has some carbs for energy. All the people I ride with like it.

I'm a long time user of the Cytomax products and this lives up to all the previous cytomax drinks I have purchased. Good for anything that is going to put you to your endurance limits.

I started using this product after a cycling buddy told me about it at the gym. It helps great with muscle recovery after a hard workout. So instead of feeling just sore, I feel more loose. I drink one shake about 15 minutes before my workout and this stuff just gives me the fuel to keep me going. I highly recommend this product. I bought the 4.5 lb container and it lasts a long time. Just one scoop (scooper provided) is all you need. The orange flavor is great too, my kids (5 and 3) always want a sip before I drink it down.
