Well.. I guess there is only so much that can be said about a basic creatine supplement.. I've been using it for about a month now, 2 before working out and 2 after, and it certainly seems to be helping me push myself further. I take 200mg of alpha-lipoic acid with my post-workout dose, which is supposed to help with the absorbtion. 240 capsules for about $25 is a great price, and being in a capsule form is very convenient. I will continue using this product and recommend it. Just keep in mind the ethyl ester has a quicker absorbtion than monohydrate so you want to take it 15 - 30 minutes before and after working out instead of the 1 - 2 hours before you would with monohydrate. And drink at least 16oz of water every time taking it.

i didnt notice increased energy in the gym no strength gains it was a waste of money i used it for 6 weeks.... kre-alkyln creatine is better but a tad more expensive
