Good size pill, easy to swallow. No sugar or added carbs makes it diet friendly.

I tried this product as it had been suggested on a respected medical organization's website that it might help with fibromyalgia, Reynaud's Syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome. I have all three and welcome anything that might help reduce the symptoms. I tried this supplement for a few days at each recommended dosage (1-2 capsules daily) and found no change in symptoms (numbness and discoloration in hands). I'm not a doctor and can't say how this supplement would work for you or if higher doses would have produced an effect I could discern but I would not recommend this product.

completely overpriced here, but an essential supplement. my 180-cap, 100 mg bottle was 64 bucks at a health food store. the Vcap (cellulose) capsule is the best vehicle for this, as softgels contain gelatin (not so good for you). take it with a good liquid fish oil/DHA supplement to maximize its effects. check with your doctor of course, but higher mg amounts (400 mg) of this may be required for serious repair of health issues. 100 mg is fine (for me, at least) as a daily dosage.
