Conair CS4CS Ceramic Satin Finish Ultra Slim Hair Straightener, 3/4-Inch Plates
Women with curly or slightly wavy hair can now change their look in a matter of minutes with this at-home hair straightener. This Satin Finish model has ceramic-coated straightening plates, which distribute heat evenly without creating frizz or hair damage, providing more professional results. The ceramic technology also prevents the straightening iron from sticking to hair and promotes silky, shiny hair. For quick styling, the Satin Finish instantly heats up 60 seconds after powering up and offers 25 different heat settings on its adjustable dial to accommodate all hair types. To create consistent results, the straightening iron employs a feature called the Uniform Heat Recovery System. This system transfers heat from the plates to hair during straightening, causing the plates to cool down slightly, and then resumes its former temperature before you straighten the next section of hair. A flocked exterior surface stays cool during straightening and keeps heat away from the scalp. The unit also has a hinged, ergonomically curved handle for better control during styling. The 3/4-inch-thick plates on this straightening iron accommodate sections of hair that are 2 inches wide and 1/2-inch thick or less. For safety, this appliance has a cool tip at the end of its plates; automatic shut-off; a power light; and a 6-inch tangle-free, swiveling cord.
