This product calmed my son through teething pain, and continues to help us both have a better night's sleep during stressful times. It's a more natural alternative to sleep or relaxation aids, which is always a priority for us. For strictly adult use, I'd suggest a more potent dose (30X/30CC), but we've enjoyed the 12X. I'm always a proponent of homeopathics as alternatives to chemical/synthetic pharmaceuticals, so if you're like me, you'll likely appreciate this product (and others like it).
