I love maple so this South Beach bar is a really good tasting bar. It is sweet and satifying and healthy at the same time.

This product was literally uneatable to me. It starts out with a cloying sweet taste but that is passable. However as you continue to chew the bar turns into a very hard to digest unpalatable mush. They leave a bad after-taste and are just plain hard to get through. Never even opened boxes 2-4.

Delicious, they have the protein that keeps me from getting hungry between meals so I can eat sensibly and be healthy.
