Pros & Cons :if you read the ratings of people who rated it poorly, i would probably agree with them--it makes your hair feel gritty and a little stiff, like you took a dip in the ocean and didn't wash your hair.

Pros & Cons :i like it better than the john frieda ocean spray, which was too oily for me (i have normal textured hair--neither fine nor coarse--that is straight, silky and with oily roots) i got my hair layered recently in an effort to get it to do more than just lie there like a limp curtain and i've found this styling spray to be a big help in achieving beachy hair.
