Pros & Cons :if you wash your hair everyday though and want it somewhat straighter, this might be perfect for you.

Pros & Cons :the good news is that i have found it impossible to over-do it with the grooming creme, as is easy to do with standard hair gel - leaving a hardened hair helmet.
Expensive, great alternative to hair gel.

Pros & Cons :you can use it on wet hair (and blow- or air-dry) to give subtle hold and definition, or you can use it on dry hair to give separation, natural hold, and style.
