They do help. It is not a cure but it dose allow me to sleep next to my wife and not get hit during then night. It comes out to about $.30 a night which is not bad.

brilliant. i used to be constantly sick with a cough and sore throat until i started using these. highly recommended.however, in australia these are $30:00 per box, making them rather expensive. pls make available for aussie customers. i can promise ongoing bulk orders.

I've used the Breathe Right Nasal Strips since they were introduced and have been pleasantly surprised that they live up to the manufacturers claims. I've noticed more energy when used during daytime activities where extra exertion had left me a bit fatigued and short of breath. I've also been told by my wife that the Breathe Right Nasal Strips have lessened and almost completely done away with my snoring. I feel more rested.Do make sure to follow application directions - clean the oily surface of your nose so that the product stays on. Even afterovernight use, the Breathe Right Nasal Strips are easily removed. I'm happy with this product and so is my wife.John Row
