My husband uses these with his breathing machine (CPAP) at night. He loves them. It makes breathing on his machine so much easier, and lets me sleep without any possibility of him snoring.

I have narrow nasal passages. Every winter I would wake up with a nose bleed. Then through the day if I blew my nose it would start again. This year when I discovered Breathe Right Strips I have used them every night. I had one nose bleed and none since. I am so happy someone finally solved this problem for me. Where I live the Sensitive Skin Breathe Right strips are not available in the large size box of 30. I'm happy to find them on Amazon.com. My husband snores and I'm trying to get him to try them. I have chronic sinus headaches and congestion. Using Breathe Right strips every night while I sleep all but alleviates my sinus headaches even during the day when I'm not using them. I am also saved from having to constantly take decongestants and allergy medications. This probably won't work for everyone, but if your problems are not too severe and you'd like to refrain from daily medication, give it a try.
