Pros & Cons :held the steamer in my right hand where i can see the indicator light telling me to stop steaming so it can build more up (mere seconds to reheat) it gave out about the same time my arm did and i needed to set it down anyway.

Pros & Cons :of course you use up the little brushes it comes with, they kind of melt in the steam, so i just use an old tooth brush on the inside microwave things, and a stiff grout brush on the grout.
