I'm only in my 30's but I have a small area of my hair where I get a little patch of gray. I use this product as a way to keep gray hair away. It helps so I don't have to color my hair as often if I don't want to. When I put Shen Min Topical on, it makes darker hair grow in. It comes in a little bit darker than my natural color. But I have seen where on the same hair where it was gray on the end and as it grows out the darker hair comes in from the Shen Min. I love this product because it is a natural, safe way to minimize the gray in my hair.

This serum did nothing for me for 3 months. I even bought the supplements to go with them. My hair continues to fall off. I recommend potential buyers to try something else instead.
