I reviewed this product once before. It truly helps to improve circulation AND it calms restless legs ALMOST ON CONTACT. Yes, it feels a little sticky when it first goes on. It's a GEL. Once it dries, you don't even know it's there. I use it at bedtime. I can't get it locally, so thanks for the source! I once thought it didn't help reduce the appearance of spider veins, but since I've had to sometimes wait for shipments to arrive and I've tried going without it for a few months, I can say that it definitely DOES help reduce the appearance of these blue and red spider veins. I have used this product for 3 or 4 years now, so this is a long-term report. I have lots of allergies. THIS WORKS for me.

Excellent as always -- well packed and received very quickly even though I'm overseas working with the US Army.
