After trying all the others out there, Benadryl still works the best and the fastest. The sleepiness is definitely a problem with this but after awhile, you kinda get immune to it - especially if you use a decongestant with it. I've tried almost all of the prescription meds but none of them had the lasting effects of Benadryl. Sure does the job and if you can't sleep, well, there's another added benefit!

Benadryl is almost aspirin-like in its utility. It handles allergy attacks as well as sinus congestion, it alleviates the most annoying symptoms of a head cold, and the antihistamine helps control hives. In all, I've tried others and found that Benadryl still offers the most effective relief at the best price.Fred
