This is the best power I have ever had. It satisfies the chewy, crunchy, chocolate, sweet, high-protein, low cal mid day craving and energy surge we all need. I have one in my purse, car, beach bag, everywhere - it is a meal on the run. Between clients or on the way to get my daughter from school when I am so hungry I could eat my arm but no time to stop. This holds me for over an hour and my blood sugar is up, I'm not falling asleep, and I don't get grumpy. On top of that it's delicious. Oh, and you don't have to be pregnant, either!

very good although i thought it was a lot of money for how many u get, wish they had these at sams club that way i could get the amount i really wanted
