Pros & Cons :it is adequate for the price, but heat is too hot for pets, you have to constantly press the cool air button to keep the air down to warm or cool.

Pros & Cons :while drying our dog the first time the switch on the dryer stopped working, luckily in the on position, but this only allowed us to use high.

Pros & Cons :i thought the dryer was nice (pretty quiet), but given the shoddiness of the construction of the stand and the snittiness of the customer service representative i spoke with, i probably won't be buying any more of their products.
