This product is horrible tasting and literally made me gag while chewing it, then the granules were stuck in my teeth afterwards and it was hard to get them out and the after taste is just plain awful. I wouldn't recommend this item unless you have a strong stomach and can handle the taste. I only used one pill out of the bottle and am now stuck with something I won't use.
