I gave Alli a fair amount of time to work---it didn't (but I'm also older which may effect the results)!

I love this product. I lost 5 pounds within the first two weeks. I didn't have any boo boo's, or accidents also known as "treatment effects." It's unlike any weight loss product I've ever used, because you get the results without stimulants.

I bought this Alli starter pack at Wal-Mart two and a half weeks ago. At first I measured and counted every calorie and fat that went into my body. I stayed well below my 1400 calorie limit at first, as well. My diet was already very low in fat so I increased my exercise. I lost a pound in a week but then became frustrated when I gained two pounds, even though I knew it was water weight, I was in the mood to have something fatty. I ate at two fast food restaurants during the second week and did not experience any treatment effects. Other than those two experiences I still make smart choices but don't care about counting calories. So far I've lost another pound while still getting a cookie with my sub. Do be wary that this pill could make you feel a little freer with your food choices if you don't have the treatment effects.
