Not the best or worst tasting stuff, but I use it whenever I am doing a cycle with Hyper Shock. I use 3 scoops of this in place of my normal after workout protein when on a cycle with Hyper Shock. It was recommended to me several months ago by a fitness dude at my gym b/c he said taking it he never gets sore after a workout. Well, for me, the same is true. I have also tried the berry kind.
