This is a nice product but you pay for the quality you recieve. There is a lot of background noise when using.

I am taking a basic nurse's assistant class in order to become certified as a CNA and this stethoscope works incredibly well for me, it's lightweight and the sound quality is amazing.

I have been debating whether or not to purchase a Littmann Stethoscope because all of my classmates have one. Now I know why! I'm glad that I finally purchased one. It is worth the buck. I practiced on my family members and compared with my cheap-o stethoscope, and you can really tell the difference! I can't wait to use it on my patients. It's very light weight and I love the light blue color since it matches with my scrubs. I would recommend this as a gift for any nursing students.
